These cookies are used to collect identifying information about the user, such as Web surfing behaviour or user preferences for a specific site.

Our third party processors

The third party processors that we use to process our data are Worldpay, PayPal and Wix.

WorldPay is a global leader in payment processing technology andknow that security is high on the list when it comes to taking credit and debit card transactions so operate a safer payments programme.  inPlay Golf uses WorldPay for all ‘over the phone’ and ‘face to face’ card transactions.

PayPal processes payments for any products purchased through our website and all transactions are subject to the PayPal Privacy Policy.  PayPal do not retain any financial information that you submit when purchasing a product or service and every transaction is heavily protected behind PayPal’s advanced encryption.

Both of our third party payment processors are PCI DSS compliant (the worldwide Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard confirming safer payments).  All entities that process, store or transmit cardholder data must be PCI DSS compliant.

Wix provides the platform that we use to manage our website and fulfil any purchasing orders through our website.  No personal information is taken or stored on this system as during the purchasing process, your request is transferred direct to PayPal so neither ourselves nor Wix have access to your financial information.  Wix is also PCI DSS compliant.

Couriers & Product Guarantees

If you purchase a product from us we may need to share your address information with a courier to deliver your purchase or give your address to a manufacturer if your purchase offers a product guarantee.

inPlay Golf ‘in-house’ payment processing

inPlay Golf is also PCI DSS compliant to process payments.  We do not store any financial information electronically and comply with the PCI DSS rules for securely storing and destroying merchant copy receipts.  These payment receipts do not show security card details.
